Through the years I've had training in a variety of massage/bodywork modalities/techniques including: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Micro-Trauma Maintenance Therapy, Myofacial Release Massage, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Bowenwork,  Reiki and Prenatal Massage.  My experience has been that the best massage often contains a unique combination of various techniques depending on your body's individual needs.
